Disney drinks for adults: Toast with a Big Apple Sunset Wed, 28 Jul 2010 Big Apple Sunset
There are more than 50 cocktail lounges in Walt Disney World hotels and three of the theme parks (no alcohol is served in Magic Kingdom). Guests can order beers and wines from around the globe, exquisite French Champagnes, sparkling wines and bartenders’ specialty drinks such as a Watermelon Martini at Crew’s Cup Lounge at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort or today’s Big Apple Sunset. If cocktails aren’t your thing, consider that there are more than 700 sommeliers have been awarded the Court of Master Sommelier Introductory Certificate at the Walt Disney World Resort, with more than 300 sommeliers currently in property restaurants. Even if it’s warm beer that you are thirsty the United Kingdom have you covered. At the Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room in Epcot World Showcase, a specially designed ale warmer can heat your Guinness to 55 degrees, the temperature favored by Brits.
